At ZanyHost we have many methods of communication, some are more suitable than others depending on the situation. The aim of the page is to help clients chose the best method and therefore also get the fastest and most appropriate responses.

Do you need technical or billing support?

Any support for your current hosting packages must be made in the provided client area. This is a simple process and is done creating a support ticket. Unfortunately other methods of communication do not provide the required security authentication, or the logging procedures needed for such an important service. Therefore it is company policy to direct clients towards this communication method. Under no circumstances will phone or live chat support be provided. We are always looking into new methods of support but at the moment this appears to be the most efficient and secure.
